OK, we have gone through all your great ideas for our rare Twilight poster contest and narrowed them down to five.
We have chosen ones that fans everywhere can participate in and that are concise enough that I will hopefully have time to adjudicate (you know…in between running a casting company, teaching workshops and writing my book!). We will also be donating a few to charities.
So, without further ado…
The first contest is designed to test your creative writing abilities:
Send us your best Twilight-inspired Haiku!
If you don’t know what a haiku poem is, read up on the rules here.
Here’s a sample one to get your wheels turning:
Misty forest rain
Branches snapping underfoot
Moonlight frozen fear
Email your haiku to twihard[at]slateplease[dot]com by June 5th, 2009!
Please be sure to include your name, age and where on the planet you live (City, State or Province, and Country are sufficient).
Multiple entries are acceptable, but they should be submitted in the body of ONE email only.
The haiku can be inspired by any of the books in the “Twilight” series. Thanks.

Not sure where to find the rules to the Haiku contest for the posters, but does anyone know if 1 person enter more than 1 Haiku?
